1. Local use and developer access١. الاستخدام المحلي ووصول المطوّر
SShift stores your shifts, schedules, notes and settings on your device. You can use the app without creating a SShift account or providing an email address. We do not collect your schedule content for our own use or operate a server to receive it.
يحفظ SShift نوباتك وجداولك وملاحظاتك وإعداداتك على جهازك. يمكنك استخدام التطبيق دون إنشاء حساب SShift أو تقديم بريد إلكتروني. لا نجمع محتوى جدولك لاستخدامنا، ولا نشغّل خادماً لاستقباله.
2. Optional iCloud synchronization٢. المزامنة الاختيارية عبر iCloud
In supported versions, enabling synchronization sends your shared schedule, notes, patterns and shared settings to Apple's iCloud through CloudKit. It uses the Apple account signed in to iCloud on each phone, and can link phones using different Apple accounts. Sharing is private: only the owner and invited participants can access the shared schedule. Schedule content is stored in encrypted CloudKit fields; record identifiers and revision information support synchronization.

You can stop synchronizing a phone in Settings while keeping its local schedule. Stopping synchronization does not automatically delete existing cloud records or backups. Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy apply to data processed by Apple.
يمكنك إيقاف مزامنة الهاتف من الإعدادات مع الاحتفاظ بجدوله المحلي. إيقاف المزامنة لا يحذف تلقائياً السجلات السحابية أو النسخ الاحتياطية الموجودة. تنطبق شروط iCloud وسياسة خصوصية أبل على البيانات التي تعالجها أبل.
3. Backups and exports٣. النسخ الاحتياطي والتصدير
Backup & Restore is separate from synchronization. Manual iCloud backups and optional weekly backups store a copy of your app data in your iCloud storage when successfully completed. Before restoring, SShift automatically preserves a safety copy in iCloud when available, or locally when iCloud is unavailable, even if synchronization and weekly backup are off. Joining a shared schedule creates a local safety copy. You can manage saved backups in the app. Exporting a backup or PDF sends a file only to the location or app you choose; anyone you share that file with may read its contents.
النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترجاع منفصل عن المزامنة. تُحفظ نسخة من بيانات التطبيق في مساحة iCloud الخاصة بك بعد نجاح النسخ اليدوي أو الأسبوعي الاختياري. قبل الاسترجاع، يحفظ SShift تلقائياً نسخة أمان في iCloud عند توفره، أو محلياً عندما لا يتوفر iCloud، حتى لو كانت المزامنة والنسخ الأسبوعي متوقفين. ويُنشئ الانضمام إلى جدول مشترك نسخة أمان محلية. يمكنك إدارة النسخ المحفوظة داخل التطبيق. يرسل تصدير النسخة الاحتياطية أو PDF الملف إلى المكان أو التطبيق الذي تختاره فقط، ويمكن لمن تشاركه الملف قراءة محتواه.
4. Notifications٤. الإشعارات
Shift reminders are scheduled locally by iOS, and notification preferences stay independent on each phone. When synchronization is enabled, CloudKit may use Apple's push notification service to notify the app that cloud data has changed. We do not operate a notification server or use a third-party notification service.
يُجدول iOS تنبيهات الدوام محلياً، وتبقى إعدادات التنبيهات مستقلة لكل هاتف. عند تفعيل المزامنة، قد يستخدم CloudKit خدمة إشعارات أبل لإبلاغ التطبيق بتغيّر البيانات السحابية. لا نشغّل خادماً للإشعارات، ولا نستخدم خدمة إشعارات من جهة أخرى.
5. Analytics and tracking٥. التحليلات والتتبّع
We do not add advertising, tracking, analytics or third-party crash-reporting services to SShift. Apple may process service information under its own privacy policies when you use iCloud or other Apple services.
لا نضيف إلى SShift خدمات إعلانات أو تتبّع أو تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال من جهات أخرى. قد تعالج أبل معلومات الخدمة وفق سياسات خصوصيتها عند استخدام iCloud أو خدمات أبل الأخرى.
6. Contact٦. التواصل
For privacy questions, email support@saud.im. If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to send and use them to respond. The app does not automatically attach your schedule. Please avoid sending personal schedule details unless needed for your request.
