These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PhoneSpace ("the App"), an iOS application provided by Saud Abdulla ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيق PhoneSpace ("التطبيق")، وهو تطبيق iOS مقدَّم من سعود عبدالله ("نحن"، "نا"). بتنزيلك أو تثبيتك أو استخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
1. License١. الترخيص
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the rules of the Apple App Store and these Terms. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير قابل للتحويل، غير حصري، وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة iOS التي تملكها أو تتحكّم بها، وفقاً لقواعد متجر Apple وهذه الشروط.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. لا يجوز لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بيعه أو تأجيره أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له أو محاولة استخراج شيفرته المصدرية.
2. The Service٢. الخدمة
PhoneSpace is a privacy-focused, on-device storage management utility. It helps you clean and organize photos, videos, contacts, and files stored on your iOS device. PhoneSpace أداة لإدارة التخزين تركّز على الخصوصية وتعمل على الجهاز. يساعدك على تنظيف وتنظيم الصور والفيديو وجهات الاتصال والملفات المخزّنة على جهاز iOS الخاص بك.
All processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal content on any remote server. كل المعالجة تجري محلياً على جهازك. لا نرفع أو ننقل أو نخزّن محتواك الشخصي على أي خادم بعيد.
3. Free and Premium Tiers٣. النسخة المجانية والنسخة المدفوعة
The App offers a free tier with daily usage limits for certain features, and a Premium tier that removes these limits. Premium is available through: يوفّر التطبيق نسخة مجانية تحتوي على حدود استخدام يومية لبعض الميزات، ونسخة مدفوعة تُزيل هذه الحدود. تتوفّر النسخة المدفوعة عبر:
- Monthly subscription — $4.99 per month, auto-renewing. اشتراك شهري — $4.99 شهرياً، يتجدّد تلقائياً.
- Yearly subscription — $29.99 per year, auto-renewing. Includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. اشتراك سنوي — $29.99 سنوياً، يتجدّد تلقائياً. يتضمّن تجربة مجانية لمدة 7 أيام للمشتركين الجدد.
- Lifetime purchase — $59.99 one-time payment, no recurring charges. شراء مدى الحياة — $59.99 دفعة واحدة، دون أي رسوم متكرّرة.
- Cleanup Pack — $4.99 for 7 days of unlimited access, one-time purchase, does not auto-renew. حزمة التنظيف — $4.99 مقابل 7 أيام من الاستخدام غير المحدود، شراء لمرة واحدة، لا يتجدّد تلقائياً.
Prices are shown in US Dollars and may vary by region according to the App Store's local pricing. الأسعار معروضة بالدولار الأمريكي وقد تختلف من منطقة لأخرى بحسب التسعير المحلي في متجر Apple.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal٤. الاشتراكات والتجديد التلقائي
Auto-renewal disclosure (required by Apple): إفصاح التجديد التلقائي (مطلوب من Apple):
Subscription billing is handled by the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. تتولّى Apple فوترة الاشتراك. سيتم خصم المبلغ من حساب Apple الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء. تتجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. سيتم خصم رسوم التجديد من حسابك خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not provide a refund for the current billing cycle. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك وإيقاف التجديد التلقائي من إعدادات حساب Apple بعد الشراء. إلغاء الاشتراك يوقف التجديدات القادمة فقط، ولا يُرجع المبلغ عن الفترة الحالية.
5. Free Trial٥. التجربة المجانية
The Yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your Apple ID will be charged $29.99 for the first year and the subscription will renew yearly thereafter. يتضمّن الاشتراك السنوي تجربة مجانية لمدة 7 أيام للمشتركين الجدد. إذا لم تُلغِ قبل انتهاء فترة التجربة، سيتم خصم $29.99 من حساب Apple الخاص بك للسنة الأولى ويتجدّد الاشتراك سنوياً بعد ذلك.
Any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. أي جزء غير مستخدَم من فترة التجربة المجانية يسقط حقّه عند شراء الاشتراك، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
6. Cleanup Pack (Non-Renewing)٦. حزمة التنظيف (لا تتجدّد)
The Cleanup Pack is a one-time purchase that grants 7 days of unlimited access starting from the purchase date. It does not auto-renew. Purchasing additional Cleanup Packs while one is active extends the expiry by 7 days from the existing expiry date. حزمة التنظيف شراء لمرة واحدة يمنحك 7 أيام من الاستخدام غير المحدود ابتداءً من تاريخ الشراء. لا تتجدّد تلقائياً. شراء حزم تنظيف إضافية أثناء سريان واحدة يُمدّد تاريخ الانتهاء 7 أيام إضافية من تاريخ الانتهاء الحالي.
7. Refunds٧. عمليات استرداد المبلغ
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly through your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com. كل المشتريات تُعالَج عبر متجر Apple. تتولّى Apple طلبات استرداد المبلغ وفق سياسات متجرها. لتقديم طلب استرداد، يرجى التواصل مع Apple مباشرة عبر سجل مشترياتك على reportaproblem.apple.com.
We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. لا نملك القدرة على إصدار استرداد مباشرة.
8. Acceptable Use٨. الاستخدام المقبول
You agree not to: توافق على ألّا:
- Use the App for any unlawful purposeتستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني
- Attempt to bypass payment requirements or usage limitsتحاول تجاوز متطلبات الدفع أو حدود الاستخدام
- Use the App to harm or harass any personتستخدم التطبيق لإيذاء أو مضايقة أي شخص
- Interfere with the App's normal operationتتدخّل في التشغيل الطبيعي للتطبيق
9. Disclaimer of Warranties٩. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أو ضمنية. لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق خالياً من الأخطاء أو غير منقطع أو أن يلبّي متطلباتك الخاصة.
Important: PhoneSpace performs delete and modify operations on your device's content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of photos, videos, contacts, or files arising from use of the App. مهم: يُجري PhoneSpace عمليات حذف وتعديل على محتوى جهازك. أنت المسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنُسخ احتياطية من بياناتك. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي فقدان للصور أو الفيديو أو جهات الاتصال أو الملفات ينتج عن استخدام التطبيق.
10. Limitation of Liability١٠. تحديد المسؤولية
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عَرَضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو متعلّقة به.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الكاملة تجاهك عن أي مطالبة ناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو استخدامك للتطبيق المبلغَ الذي دفعته للتطبيق في الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.
11. Changes to the Terms١١. تعديلات الشروط
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر الشروط المحدَّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يُعدّ موافقة على الشروط المُحدَّثة.
12. Termination١٢. إنهاء الاستخدام
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. يحقّ لك التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت. يحقّ لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط.
13. Governing Law١٣. القانون الواجب التطبيق
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تُحلّ أي نزاعات أمام المحاكم المختصة في دولة الإمارات.
