1. Data We Collect١. البيانات التي نجمعها
None. لا شيء.
PhoneSpace does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, content, identifiers, or usage information to any server we control. All scanning, analysis, and processing happens locally on your device. لا يجمع PhoneSpace أو يخزّن أو يُرسل أي بيانات شخصية أو محتوى أو معرّفات أو معلومات استخدام إلى أي خادم نتحكّم به. كل الفحص والتحليل والمعالجة تجري محلياً على جهازك.
Specifically, we do not collect: على وجه التحديد، نحن لا نجمع:
- Your photos, videos, contacts, or filesصورك أو مقاطعك أو جهات اتصالك أو ملفاتك
- Your device identifiers (UDID, IDFA, IDFV)معرّفات جهازك (UDID، IDFA، IDFV)
- Your locationموقعك

2. How the App Uses Your Device٢. كيف يستخدم التطبيق جهازك
The App requests permission to access certain parts of your device. These accesses are required for the App's core functionality and happen entirely on-device: يطلب التطبيق صلاحية الوصول إلى أجزاء معيّنة من جهازك. هذه الصلاحيات لازمة لوظائفه الأساسية وتجري بالكامل على الجهاز:
Photosالصور
Requested when you enter the Photos or Videos sections. Used to scan your library for duplicates, similar items, large files, screenshots, and other categories. The scanned metadata stays on your device. We never read, copy, or transmit your photos. تُطلب عند دخولك إلى قسم الصور أو الفيديو. تُستخدم لفحص مكتبتك بحثاً عن التكرارات والمتشابهات والملفات الكبيرة ولقطات الشاشة وفئات أخرى. تبقى البيانات الوصفية للفحص على جهازك. لا نقرأ أو ننسخ أو ننقل صورك أبداً.
Contactsجهات الاتصال
Requested when you enter the Contacts section. Used to identify duplicates, incomplete entries, and to support backup-to-file operations. The processed data stays on your device. We never read, copy, or transmit your contacts to a server. تُطلب عند دخولك إلى قسم جهات الاتصال. تُستخدم لتحديد التكرارات والمدخلات الناقصة ولدعم عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي إلى ملف. تبقى البيانات المعالَجة على جهازك. لا نقرأ أو ننسخ أو ننقل جهات اتصالك إلى أي خادم.
Files (Local)الملفات (المحلية)
The Files browser only reads from the App's own sandboxed storage. It does not access your iCloud Drive or external storage providers without explicit user action. متصفّح الملفات يقرأ فقط من مساحة التخزين المعزولة الخاصة بالتطبيق. لا يصل إلى iCloud Drive أو مزوّدي التخزين الخارجيين دون إجراء صريح منك.
3. On-Device Storage٣. التخزين على الجهاز
The App stores certain data locally on your device to provide its features: يخزّن التطبيق بعض البيانات محلياً على جهازك ليقدّم ميزاته:
- Scan snapshots: Cached results from your last library scan, so the App doesn't need to re-scan on every launch. Stored in the App's private container. نتائج الفحص المؤقّتة: نتائج آخر فحص لمكتبتك، حتى لا يضطر التطبيق لإعادة الفحص في كل مرة. تُحفظ داخل الحاوية الخاصة بالتطبيق.
- User preferences: Settings such as preset choices and dismissed notices, stored via iOS's standard preferences system. تفضيلات المستخدم: إعدادات مثل الخيارات الافتراضية والإشعارات المُستبعَدة، تُحفظ عبر نظام التفضيلات القياسي في iOS.
- Usage counters: Daily counts for free-tier limits (e.g., "X of 10 compressions today"). Reset on calendar-day boundary. Local-only. عدّادات الاستخدام: أعداد يومية لحدود النسخة المجانية (مثل: "X من ١٠ عمليات ضغط اليوم"). تُصفَّر عند بداية يوم جديد. محلية فقط.
- Trash and backup files: When you delete items via the App, they may be moved to an internal trash for safe recovery before permanent deletion. Contact backups are saved to the App's local storage and shared via the iOS Share Sheet on request. ملفات سلّة المهملات والنسخ الاحتياطي: عند حذف عناصر عبر التطبيق، قد تُنقل إلى سلّة مهملات داخلية لاسترجاعها بأمان قبل الحذف الدائم. تُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية لجهات الاتصال داخل تخزين التطبيق وتُشارك عبر "ورقة المشاركة" في iOS عند الطلب.
All this data is stored within the App's sandboxed container and is removed when you delete the App. كل هذه البيانات تُخزَّن داخل الحاوية المعزولة الخاصة بالتطبيق، وتُحذف عند حذفك للتطبيق.
4. Purchases٤. المشتريات
When you make a purchase (subscription, Lifetime, or Cleanup Pack), the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store. We do not see, receive, or store your payment details (credit card information, billing address, Apple ID password, etc.). عند إجراء أي شراء (اشتراك، مدى الحياة، أو حزمة التنظيف)، تُعالَج العملية عبر متجر Apple. لا نرى أو نستلم أو نخزّن أي تفاصيل دفع (بيانات البطاقة، عنوان الفوترة، كلمة سرّ حساب Apple، إلخ).
Apple provides us with anonymized transaction receipts so the App can verify your active entitlements. These receipts contain only product identifiers and transaction IDs — no personally identifiable information. تزوّدنا Apple بإيصالات معاملات مجهولة الهوية ليتمكّن التطبيق من التحقّق من اشتراكاتك النشطة. تحتوي هذه الإيصالات على معرّفات منتجات وأرقام معاملات فقط — دون أي معلومات تعريف شخصية.
5. Third-Party Services٥. الخدمات الخارجية
PhoneSpace does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. The only external service involved is Apple's App Store / StoreKit, used solely to process purchases. لا يستخدم PhoneSpace أي حزم برمجية خارجية للتحليلات أو الإعلانات أو تقارير الأعطال أو التتبّع. الخدمة الخارجية الوحيدة المعنيّة هي متجر Apple / StoreKit، وتُستخدم حصراً لمعالجة المشتريات.
6. Children's Privacy٦. خصوصية الأطفال
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone — including children — because we do not collect data at all. التطبيق مخصّص للمستخدمين بعمر 13 سنة فما فوق. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من أي شخص — بما في ذلك الأطفال — لأننا لا نجمع البيانات أصلاً.
7. Data Security٧. أمان البيانات
Because all your content stays on your device, security depends primarily on the security of your iPhone (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, automatic iOS encryption). We recommend keeping iOS updated and using a strong passcode. بما أن كل محتواك يبقى على جهازك، يعتمد الأمان أساساً على أمان جهازك (رمز المرور، Face ID / Touch ID، التشفير التلقائي في iOS). ننصح بالحفاظ على تحديث iOS واستخدام رمز مرور قوي.
8. Your Rights٨. حقوقك
Since we do not collect or hold any data about you, there is nothing to request, export, correct, or delete on our side. You retain full control over your data on your device. بما أننا لا نجمع أو نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، فلا يوجد ما يمكن طلبه أو تصديره أو تصحيحه أو حذفه من جهتنا. تحتفظ بالسيطرة الكاملة على بياناتك على جهازك.
You can revoke the App's permissions at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos / Contacts → PhoneSpace. يمكنك سحب صلاحيات التطبيق في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS ← الخصوصية والأمان ← الصور / جهات الاتصال ← PhoneSpace.
Deleting the App removes all data the App stores in its sandbox. حذف التطبيق يُزيل كل البيانات التي يخزّنها داخل حاويته المعزولة.
9. Changes to This Policy٩. تعديلات هذه السياسة
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated within the App where reasonably possible. قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر النسخة المُحدَّثة هنا مع تاريخ سريان جديد. سيتم إبلاغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق متى أمكن ذلك.
10. Governing Law١٠. القانون الواجب التطبيق
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. تخضع سياسة الخصوصية هذه لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
