1. The app١. التطبيق
Filed is an iPhone app developed by Saud Ismail ("we," "us"). It is a personal, local-first tool for receiving, organizing, viewing, signing, and sharing PDF files. By using Filed, you agree to these terms.
Filed تطبيق لأجهزة آيفون طوّره سعود إسماعيل ("نحن"). وهو أداة شخصية محلية أولاً لاستقبال ملفات PDF وتنظيمها وعرضها وتوقيعها ومشاركتها. باستخدامك Filed فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
2. Your files are yours٢. ملفاتك ملكك
You own the PDFs you add, the signed copies you create, and the way you organize them. They are stored on your device, and we never receive or access them. You are responsible for the files you choose to store, for having the right to use and sign them, and for keeping your own backups if you wish.
أنت تملك ملفات PDF التي تضيفها، والنسخ الموقّعة التي تنشئها، وطريقة تنظيمها. تُحفظ على جهازك، ولا نتلقّاها أو نصل إليها إطلاقًا. وأنت مسؤول عن الملفات التي تختار حفظها، وعن امتلاكك حق استخدامها وتوقيعها، وعن إنشاء نسخك الاحتياطية إن رغبت.
3. About signatures٣. عن التوقيعات
Filed lets you draw a signature by hand and place it on a document to create a signed copy. This is a visual signature added to the file; it is not a certified or cryptographic digital signature. Whether a signed PDF is acceptable for any particular purpose is up to you and the parties involved.
يتيح لك Filed رسم توقيع بيدك ووضعه على المستند لإنشاء نسخة موقّعة. وهذا توقيع بصري يُضاف إلى الملف، وليس توقيعًا رقميًا معتمدًا أو مشفّرًا. وقبول ملف PDF موقّع لأي غرض معيّن أمر يعود إليك وإلى الأطراف المعنية.
4. Acceptable use٤. الاستخدام المقبول
Please use Filed lawfully and for your personal use. Do not use it to store, sign, or share content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
يرجى استخدام Filed بشكل قانوني ولأغراضك الشخصية. لا تستخدمه لتخزين أو توقيع أو مشاركة محتوى غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
5. Price٥. السعر
Filed is currently offered without in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly described before any purchase, and these terms will be updated.
يُقدَّم Filed حاليًا دون مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو اشتراكات. وإذا أُضيفت ميزات مدفوعة مستقبلًا، فسيُوضَّح ذلك بجلاء قبل أي عملية شراء، وستُحدَّث هذه الشروط.
6. Provided "as is"٦. يُقدَّم "كما هو"
Filed is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from use of the app. Because your files are stored only on your device, keeping backups is your responsibility.
يُقدَّم Filed "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. نسعى لإبقائه موثوقًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو توفّره في كل وقت. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو أضرار أخرى تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق. وبما أنّ ملفاتك تُحفظ على جهازك فقط، فإنّ إنشاء النسخ الاحتياطية يقع على عاتقك.
7. Changes٧. التغييرات
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطوّر التطبيق. وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ سريان جديد. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المُعدَّلة.
