1. The app١. التطبيق
Dufaat is an iPhone app developed by Saud Ismail ("we," "us"). It is a personal, offline tool for recording installment plans and tracking their payments. By using Dufaat, you agree to these terms.
دُفعات تطبيق لأجهزة آيفون طوّره سعود إسماعيل ("نحن"). وهو أداة شخصية تعمل دون اتصال لتدوين خطط الأقساط وتتبّع دفعاتها. باستخدامك دُفعات فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
2. Your records are yours٢. سجلاتك ملكك
You own the plans you create, the payments you record, and the notes and receipts you attach. They are stored on your device, and we never receive or access them. You are responsible for what you enter, for the accuracy of your records, and for keeping your own backups if you wish. Please use Dufaat lawfully and for your personal use.
أنت تملك الخطط التي تنشئها، والدفعات التي تدوّنها، والملاحظات والإيصالات التي ترفقها. تُحفظ على جهازك، ولا نتلقّاها أو نصل إليها إطلاقًا. وأنت مسؤول عمّا تُدخله، وعن دقة سجلاتك، وعن إنشاء نسخك الاحتياطية إن رغبت. ويرجى استخدام دُفعات بشكل قانوني ولأغراضك الشخصية.
3. A record-keeping tool, not a financial service٣. أداة تدوين، لا خدمة مالية
Dufaat is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not process payments, move money, or connect to banks or lenders — marking a payment as settled is a note you make for yourself, not a transaction. Nothing in the app is financial, legal, or accounting advice, and your actual obligations remain governed by your agreement with the party you are paying.
دُفعات أداة شخصية للتدوين. فهو لا يعالج المدفوعات، ولا يحوّل الأموال، ولا يتصل بالبنوك أو جهات التمويل — ووضع علامة "مسوّاة" على دفعة هو تدوين تكتبه لنفسك، وليس معاملة مالية. ولا شيء في التطبيق يُعدّ نصيحة مالية أو قانونية أو محاسبية، وتظل التزاماتك الفعلية محكومة باتفاقك مع الجهة التي تدفع لها.
4. About reminders٤. عن التذكيرات
Reminders are optional local notifications scheduled by iOS on your device. Their delivery depends on your device settings, so please don't rely on them as your only safeguard for payment deadlines — you remain responsible for paying on time.
التذكيرات إشعارات محلية اختيارية يجدولها نظام iOS على جهازك. ويعتمد وصولها على إعدادات جهازك، فلا تعتمد عليها وحدها لمواعيد السداد — فأنت تظل المسؤول عن الدفع في وقته.
5. Price٥. السعر
Dufaat is currently offered without in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly described before any purchase, and these terms will be updated.
يُقدَّم دُفعات حاليًا دون مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو اشتراكات. وإذا أُضيفت ميزات مدفوعة مستقبلًا، فسيُوضَّح ذلك بجلاء قبل أي عملية شراء، وستُحدَّث هذه الشروط.
6. Provided "as is"٦. يُقدَّم "كما هو"
Dufaat is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, missed payments, or other damages arising from use of the app. Because your records are stored only on your device, keeping backups is your responsibility.
يُقدَّم دُفعات "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. نسعى لإبقائه موثوقًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو توفّره في كل وقت. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو دفعات فائتة أو أضرار أخرى تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق. وبما أنّ سجلاتك تُحفظ على جهازك فقط، فإنّ إنشاء النسخ الاحتياطية يقع على عاتقك.
7. Changes٧. التغييرات
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطوّر التطبيق. وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ سريان جديد. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المُعدَّلة.
